If you want to order from us, just fill out an order form and email it to us. You can also call us at 763-389-0554, and we can work out the details then. Please leave a message, however, as we are outside much of the time. We deliver to your home, work or location of your chosing at no charge. At this time, pick up at the farm is by appointment only.

Availability is subject to change without notice.  Orders are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. We are a small, but growing business, and as such, we anticipate periodic supply issues.  For the most part, these are temporary issues.  Except in the case of lamb, which we only butcher in the fall, we can almost always meet requests, given time.  We will do our best to meet your requests; and your patience while we grow is appreciated!

Most of our meat is priced at the processor.  Package weights vary, so in most cases, you need to order the number of packages you want.  All roasts are about 2-4 lbs in wt.  Steaks and chops (except lamb chops) are mostly 2 per package.  When ordering a roast, list the number of roasts you want. When ordering steaks, order the number of packages.  Ground pork, lamb and beef come in 1 lb packages, Your total cost won't be available until we assemble the orders prior to delivery/pickup
