If you want to order from us, just fill out an order form. The prices of our products are included in our order form for your viewing. We deliver to your home, work or location of your choosing at no charge during our delivery days within our delivery area (see below). We usually deliver once per month. Here’s the schedule for 2012:

Availability is subject to change without notice. Orders are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. We are a small, but growing business, and as such, we anticipate periodic supply issues. Except in the case of lamb, which we only process in the fall, we can almost always meet requests, given time. We will do our best to meet your requests; and your patience while we grow is appreciated!
All roasts are about 2-4 lbs in wt. Steaks and chops (except lamb chops) are mostly 2 per package. Your total cost won’t be available until we assemble the orders prior to delivery/pickup.
Lighthouse Farm 2012 Beef Ordering Information
- We will be offering beef in quarters, halves and wholes, at $6.50 per pound.
- We will also offer ground beef packs of 25# or more at $6.50 per pound.
- We will offer 25# Beef Sample Packs at $9.00 per pound. These will consist of no more than 12# of ground beef and the balance of steak and roast cuts of our choosing.
- We will also offer customized beef packs in any combination of cuts with a minimum order of $225.
- Deliveries will be scheduled once per month, with occasional special deliveries by appointment.
- Monthly order deadlines will be established throughout the year.
- Orders for quarters, halves and wholes must be accompanied by a deposit of $200 per quarter.
Lighthouse Farm 2012 Pork Ordering Information
- Pork will be offered only in halves and wholes at $7.00 per lb.
- Orders for pork must be placed by March 1, 2012 and must be accompanied by a $300 deposit per half hog.
- Pork will be delivered by Dec. 20, 2012.
We will be able to make occasional special deliveries by appointment. Lamb orders will be taken in June. Watch the newsletter for details.
