“Nothing helps scenery like ham and eggs.” Mark Twain
Our Berkshire pigs don’t stink. When managed well, pigs are rarely odiferous. We give our pigs sufficient space to grow in. Our pigs aren’t forced to lay in their own excrement. They aren’t cannibalistic either. We give them room to roam which prevents boredom.
We are particular about the way we raise our pork. They are given access to shelter, sunshine, water, soil and pasture contributing to their contentment, which in turn contributes to their overall health and some great-tasting meat! Pigs on pasture have less health problems – specifically less incidents of rhinitis, respiratory problems and foot and leg problems. Our pigs don’t receive hormones or antibiotics.
Our pork is second-to-none delicious and is hands-down the best. We ought to know for pastured pork is the only pork our family will eat. Our taste buds are accustomed to the best!
