Half beef- $6.50/lb. which includes the standard processing fee of our local state-inspected processor as well as FREE delivery within our delivery area. Approximate take-home weight = 180-210 lbs. A deposit of $400 reserves your half-beef.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Quarter beef - $6.50/lb. which includes the standard processing fee of the processor as well as FREE delivery within our delivery area. Approximate take-home weight = 90-105 lbs. This will fit easily in the freezer of a standard refrigerator/freezer. A deposit of $200 reserves your quarter-beef.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Whole Hog

  • $7.00/lb. – which includes standard processing fees via our local state-inspected abattoir as well as FREE delivery within our delivery area
  • Take home wt. = 130-160lb.
  • Includes: approx. 28 packages of chops, 2/package; 14 lbs. bacon; 6-8 small hams; 6-8 roasts, or steak; hocks, neck bones, and 20 lbs. ground pork.
  • Place a $200 deposit to reserve your whole hog
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Half Hog

  • $7.00/lb. – which includes standard processing fees as well as FREE delivery within our delivery area
  • Take home weight = approximately 65-80lbs.
  • Includes: approx. 14 packages of chops, 2/package; 7 lbs. bacon; 3-4 small hams; 3-4 roasts, or steak; hocks, neck bones, and 8-10 lbs. ground pork.
  • Will fit easily in the freezer of a standard refrigerator/freezer.
  • Place $100 deposit to reserve your half hog
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
